Pitiful Pity Party
That word just about describes my "knitting" life right now.
Pitiful that it's been over a month since I've blogged.
Pitiful that I've only been able to knit about three times during this time.
Pitiful that I still haven't completed M & K's Blanket.
Ok, enough of the Pity Party. I have made a bit of progress on the blanket.
M & K's Blanket in Progress
I have to get it completed before the end of October so that they can enjoy it during the end of Fall and in Winter when they might actually get to use it. Yesterday was my three-year wedding anniversary so my DH and I are going away for an extended weekend. Hopefully I'll get some knitting time then.

Wow, the blanket is gorgeous - fabulous colors and lovely stripe pattern. I hope you can reconnect with the rest of your knitty life soon.
(and Happy anniversary! Mine was August 29. And we are also going away this weekend for R&R and birding.)

I love this blanket! Every time you bring it by I covet it. You should write up the pattern, I'm thinking I'd like to make one for myself. Have a great anniversary weekend! :)
