Giant Pink Bunny

A friend sent me this article on a giant pink bunny that was eretcted on a mountainside in Italy.

Giant Pink Bunny on Mountainside in Italy

My personal favorite line in the article is where it says,

Viennese art group Gelatin designed the giant soft toy and say it was "knitted by dozens of grannies out of pink wool".

And you wonder why people think knitting is a hobby for old ladies! But hey, at least it's pink, which I hear is the new black.

This article doesn't just say "pink wool" ... it says "toilet-paper-pink wool". And there are a few more pictures.

VERY cool. I hope I get to see it.

Oh, posted too soon. You gotta read the whole press statement by the artists! This isn't just a pink cuddle toy.. it's got a hole in the side where you it's guts are spilling out!

"Happily in love you step down the decaying corpse, through the wound, now small like a maggot, over woolen kidney and bowel.... "

Would love to see the knitted kidney.
